Nightmare!!

The house was silent
Entering the premises
The heartbeat sound rises
The deep breaths to soothen up your mind

The room is dark
Shouting 'Mom' 'Dad'
Unanswered calls
The echo of my voice on repeat mode

The fear increased with every step
Every beat reaching to the depth
I stepped on something liquid
I could feel its warmth

Knelt down to check what was it
A match stick was lit
The red color confirmed it to be blood
The scared moan came out of my mouth

The sweat on my forehead
The trembling lips with fear
The body was little ahead
The figure in the dark indicated so

Walking slowly to confirm who was
The feet closed in to the body
Knelt down to check the face
Oh god, It was me, the dead 'Me'

Who was I then?
Running towards the mirror
My eyes were struck at the mirror
There was no one..invisible terror

I exit the sleep in a shock
Looked at the time, 3 o' clock
The pool of sweat, described my amount of fear
Damn, that was the worst nightmare!!
